2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support - Mobility Specialist (Airwatch)
Our client is currently seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer with very strong mobile deployment skills. The role will involve the presentation and support of users on a mobile phone migration moving to Airwatch within the Bromley Office.
The client is a growing Service Provider with multiple offices and customers throughout the UK. The initial stage of the role will be the deployment within the Bromley office, with a latter part of the role visiting VIP clients over the UK.
Core Technical Abilities for this 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support role:
- IOS Device Management
- Android Device Management
- Previous deployment experience
- Google Apps for business/Apple iPhones/ iPads /Mac books Airs
- Active Directory
- Windows Phone 8/8.1
- Mobile Applications Management (BYOD)
