2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer - DBS Cleared

Marcus Donald are looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to go around and evaluate 25 school sites that require a server room audit. The audit is scripted, so each site will collate the same infomation.

After site visits, you will need to do a client facing report, this will also follow a standard format, the suitable candidate will need to have strong IT knowledge to make system recommendations.

As you will be going around to school's you will need to be DBS cleared, please do not apply if you dont have this certificate.

Skills Required

  • Strong 2nd line bordering on 3rd line with MS server and Network admin skills.
  • Good strong written English skills for the completion of client report.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills.
  • Ideally ITIL and Microsoft certified.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
