IT Helpdesk Analyst - Legal / Windows 10
Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT helpdesk analyst to work for a global well-known law firm in Central London. The ideal candidate would need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the legal sector and must have previously worked in a helpdesk environment.
Your main duties and responsibilities would mean you would be working on the helpdesk providing support to 500 users including V.I.P users. You will be logging calls through their bespoke applications and you will be escalating issues to the 2nd line team if they cannot be resolved over the phone or email.
Key skills required for IT Helpdesk analyst:
** Legal Experience is mandatory**
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- MS Outlook, exchange
- Good Working knowledge on troubleshooting
- Remote access
- Excellent communication skills
